Edward S. Hill has substantial experience in lending and finance matters. In addition to representation of borrowers in real estate financing transactions, he regularly advises and represents institutional lenders in secured lending transactions. He has also advised and represented institutional lenders on loan purchases and participation as well as mortgage banking transactions.
Because of his real estate, land use and condominium experience, Mr. Hill has an in-depth understanding of real estate collateral. He is well positioned to assist real estate lender in identifying collateral risks and developing strategies and structures to address those risks.
