Attorney Hill offers legal services covering the full spectrum of real estate matters, including, advising and representing sellers and buyers and tenants and landlords of commercial, industrial and multifamily properties and advocating for clients before local and state land use regulatory authorities and boards and commissions. Attorney Hill advises and represents borrowers and lenders in secured lending transactions. He also provides legal counsel for the creation and operation of condominiums, cooperatives and planned communities.
Mr. Hill provides legal counsel and representation to his clients through all phases of real estate ownership - from acquisition and financing of a property, through obtaining and defending land use approvals for the desired uses, defending against changes proposed for neighboring properties that would adversely impact value, structuring the form of ownership and operation of the property, and to its ultimate disposition. He has frequently negotiated and obtained approval of special land use regulations and permits and approvals that allowed his client to maximize value. His representation of purchasers and sellers of real estate has included resolution of title issues, environmental issues and other risk factors, and the development and implementation of inventive ownership arrangements to facilitate consummation and financing of the transaction. Because of his real estate experience and his experience in representing lenders and borrowers in real estate financing transactions and loan resolutions, he has an understanding of the issues and concerns of all interested parties which facilitates the resolution of issues and consummation of transactions.
Attorney Hill is frequently retained by other attorneys to assist them on real estate matters and provide litigation support and has served as mediator, arbitrator and expert witness on condominium, real estate transactional and other matters.
